World of warcraft rogue guide
Here is something to chew on: nobody really likes a rogue in world of warcraft unless you are the one playing it that is. They have a bad boy reputation that precedes them. However here we shall not indulge in being so petty in judging those sneaky, ugly cowardly pvp cheats that infest the game. Not here.
This is class that is very shadowy, stealthy and agile and adept at melee/close combat damage dealing. As such they are more than a match to both Fury warriors and druids that have a talent tree full of feral abilities. They also have a great selection of weapons that they can use that includes daggers, maces, fist weapons and later on in the levels they are able to specialize in two handed weapons as well as swords.
Armor wise they are poorly protected as they can only wear leather and cloth. Being a melee class you would think that to be a big risk but they can draw on an additional arsenal of abilities that more than makes up for this disadvantage.
Other than the fact that rogues are able to make themselves invisible so that they can sneak up unnoticed on their victims and enemies, they can stun, disorient and incapacitate opponent during combat. And as soon as they reach level 20 they are boosted in their crippling and maiming abilities by having access to being able to administer no less than five different kind of poisons which when applied to their blades can can instant, to medium and long lasting damage to opponents almost always resulting in the rogue winning a fight or killing their adversary.
What rogues are best at and while they are so good at defeating their opponents is their speed and agility. Mixing their talents with their access to various weapons and the poisons they can administer to enemies, their use of agility, stealth enables rogues time and again to literally rip to shred any opponent come in their way. Speccing your rogue correctly and making proper use of poison, stun abilities etc will no doubt make them continued to be hated. That is unless you are the rogue that is dealing this excruciating pain and frustration on the discerning Wow Player.
