Getting fit is so much fun the WiiFit. If going to the gym, pounding away on the treadmill, or pumping iron doesn’t appeal, then the WiiFit is perfect for you. Your can build up your fitnes levels at your own pace, in your own time, and in the privacy of your own home. You can steadily build up your fitness levels which can be monitored using your body tester daily which enables you to chart your progress, just follow the instructions and the wii fit will determine for you your wii fit age. There are 40 different activities and exercises falling into four main categories which are Balance games, Aerobics, Yoga and Strength Games.
